to do ?
The easiest way to contact us is to to fill in the enquiry

Can I see the venue before I decide to book a party with you ? - Yes, of course .
BUT - We advise that you contact us in the first
instance to arrange a suitable time and date.
This is to ensure that there is someone available to discuss your requirements with you.
We regret that we cannot guarantee being able to discuss your requirements with
you if you turn up without an appointment - this is because staff are usually preparing for the next party and follow
a timed schedule.

Can I call into the venue to book a party or see what it is like ?
- Yes, but by prior arrangement only. Please bear in mind that we will be unable
to deal with callers whilst we are hosting parties in progress, or preparing for parties, unless by prior arrangement. During
parties our makeover premises will be closed to the public for obvious reasons.
However you will be able to call in at other times by prior arrangement. Please call us on
07950 921 594 to arrange a mutually agreeable time,Many Thanks.
How many guests can we invite ?our makeover parties
are for all girl groups of around 10 - 12 guests. However we can cater for smaller or slightly larger numbers ( maximum number
of guests 15 - 17 ;minimum number of guests 5 ,and a minimum charge applies for all parties)
What are your prices ? Our prices vary depending
upon the number of guests attending and other variables. Therefore it is better to fill in an enquiry form (visit our CONTACT
US page) and we can tailor your party to your requiremens and supply you with competitive prices.
Do I have to pay for children who do not turn up ?
We have a minimum charge for eight or less guests, so if less than eight attend the
minimum charge is still payable, unless we have previously agreed a reduced rate with you (say, in the case of there
being only four or five guests).
However ,If you book ,for example, for nine, ten , eleven or twelve guests and only eight
(or nine or ten , whatever)turn up then you will only be charged for the actual number that turn up on the day, with a minimum
charge staying in place for eight or less guests.
IMPORTANT
The exception to this is for
larger parties where the pre-booked number of guests is given as 13 (including the Birthday Girl and any sibling/s of the
Birthday child)or over - if only, say , nine turn up we may still have to charge you for a minimum of thirteen as we
will have booked a third member of staff in and this will have incurred additional staffing overheads. However if you can
give us 48 hours of any such definate drop in numbers then you would not be charged. Sudden on the day
changes in numbers though would incurr a minimum charge being made for a minimum of thirteen guests, regardless
of there being less than thirteen in attendance. On a positive note - if you have booked a party for 15 and only twelve attend
, then the most that you would ever be charged for would be thirteen and no more than that.

Do you have a minimum age limit ? our
parties are recommended for fifth birthdays and upwards. Four year olds and under
may be better suited to a different kind of party - usually one that involves bouncy castles and lots of frantic running around

Can You cater for boys too ? - We
can include one or two boys in the case of siblings/family friends but this party venue is really for the girlies !
However we can highly recomend the lovely crew at Absolut Soccer who, conveniently
enough , are in the same building as we are ! So if you are looking for a football party look no further and visit their site

Can You cater for large groups of children ?
Yes, but via our mobile service. We offer great mobile packages where we can come out to a
venue of your choice (eg - a village hall / community centre etc) and this is the recommended option for under fives and mixed,
larger groups of boys and girls (for example ,where full school classes of 20 - 30 children attending). Visit us at www.funkitparty.co.uk if this is what you are looking for.We offer facepainting, temporary tattoos, dressing up, balloon

Do You do the food ? We provide a non alcoholic
cocktail fountain (or an alternative ) with every party free of charge and each party is inclusive
of sweets or popcorn for the girls to snack on.
If you are looking for something more then we can recommend the
party food options available through us from Absolut Soccer who are based in the same building as us. With pre-made party
food boxes to suit all budgets , ask us at the point of booking and we can ensure that you do not even have to worry about
providing the food !
Alternatively you can bring your own cold food. Please note that we can provide a table area for you to
put this out but are unable to provide plates/cuttlery etc or assist with setting this out or tidying up the food table
afterwards. This is the responsibility of whoever brings in the food.
.....And the Cake ?! - You know, we've even got
that covered ! Obviously you can bring your own..but if you are looking for the ultimate stress free option then we can recommend
a fabulous birthday cake creator examples of whose work you can ask to see at the point of booking. We can arrange to have
your cake made and delivered right on time for the most important part of any party - the 'Happy Birthday' sing-song moment
!
Can adults or other parents sit in on the party ? now we're not suggesting that our venue is small
or anything (it's a great space !) but with the best will in the world we really can't have the world and his wife crowding
in there with all of our lovely party girlies, so for this reason we ask that a maximum of four adults be present in
the party room for the duration of the party.
IMPORTANT :We do ask that at least
one parent/carer be present in the party room with the children at all times.
IMPORTANT :Other parents/carers may
like to make use of the cafe area downstairs hosted by Absolut Soccer (www.absolutsoccer.co.uk) where there may also be activities available for pre-schoolers available).
IMPORTANT : Please note that in order to comply with
recommended health, safety & fire regulations we will need the names of all party guests and accompanying adults
remaining on site on arrival. We will also require an emergency contact telephone number for any parent or carer leaving their
child on site in the care of the Birthday Host for the duration of the party.
Do You provide the PARTY INVITATIONS ?
Yes , these will be sent out to you with your booking confirmation.
To make life easier for you each invitation also has the following : our contact details , directions to
make us easy to find ,an RSVP slip to come back to yourself so that you can keep track of numbers , and an information
sheet from us to each parent/carer (this outlines the key points outlined above regarding staying on site, contact info etc
, to save you repeating yourself ad nauseum !)
Can I bring other siblings ? Do I need to pay for them? Siblings of the Birthday Girl go free and we will
make every effort to include siblings in the party. In the case of boys we cannot guarantee that our girlie parties
will appeal to their boyish sensibilities (although you never know!) and whilst we can offer any boys present something
appropriate we cannot take time out from looking after our girlies to alter the party specifically for the boys attending.
With older boys please bear in mind that the party may not really be their cup of tea ! BUT - we are lucky enough to have
Wrexham's newest football party venue downstairs from us , which may have more appeal for our older male visitors and guests

IMPORTANT
Parents /Carers should also be aware that as our venue is upstairs
it is not suitable for very young children
, especially those who are still at that 'you can't reason with them' toddling age (ah, i remember it well)and who seem to
always have an escape route in mind ! We have a stairgate in place to act as a calming measure but we cannot
be responsible for watching three's and under three's during parties.For this reason I am afraid that we
cannot admit or take responsibility for children aged three or under, and would not recommend our parties for 2nd, third
or fourth Birthday parties. Please contact us if you need to discuss this further.
Any child aged under four years needs to be supervised closely at all times by a parent or carer.
We will also ask parents/carers of under fours to sign a Disclaimer upon entry to the venue.
Oh dear - does this mean that I can't book a party with you for my older child
as my younger child is under three years of age?
No , not at all ! - It's just that we cannot take responsibility for three's and unders in our makeover
venue , which is upstairs.
However there is a family friendly cafe area downstairs at Absolut Soccer football party venue that
is suitable for pre-schoolers so they can certainly come along to join in the fun ! We also have a box of pre-school toys/coluring
in sheets etc available from us upstairs for you to use so please do ask and we will sort this out for you with
pleasure.
Are your premises accessible for wheelchair uses/those with limited mobility ?
Unfortunately as we are located upstairs we do not at present have wheelchair access at
our makeover venue. However our mobile service can come to you and we have a list of suitable venues in the local area
that are fully accessible .
Child Protection - All of our staff are
fully CRB checked .
- AN adult from the party hosts group (usually a parent/carer) remains in the party room at all times
for the duration of the party and is responsible for the safety of all party guests whilst they are on site.
- At least one member of our staff team is always present in the party room for the duration of the party
also.
- Where possible the main door to the building is locked once all guests have arrived. If there is a party
downstairs at Absolut Soccer running concurrently the party host (parent/carer or other responsible adult)will accompany
any children needing to go downstairs to use toilet facilities.
- If your child is attending one of our parties and has an allergy or an existing medical condition that
we need to be aware of it is the responsibility of the parent/carer of the Birthday child to inform us of this , so you need
to ensure that you tell them , so that we can be told also !
